Mr. Larry Maglin is an experienced career coach who advises and assesses executives, mid to senior level managers, and professionals regarding career direction, placement, leadership skills, transition, performance development, behavior modification, active retirement strategies, new business startups and training.
Larry Maglin is our in-house expert in administrating and interpreting instruments relating to a corporation’s strategic directions, individual 360° assessments, personal direction development and how to incorporate them into the coaching process. Larry continually upgrades programs, modifies informational research models and keeps abreast of current trends & technology. He also debriefs clients as to their real world experiences and results. Larry Maglin utilizes this information to continually enhance our programs as the marketplace changes, to better interact with and service our clients.
Since joining Gateway International - OI Partners as Senior Vice President, Larry Maglin is responsible for administrative, research and advisor staffs at all 6 locations.
Larry Maglin relocated to New Jersey 16 years ago where he joined a major industrial metal processor located in Jersey City. The company encompassed 10 locations in the tri-state area, with responsibilities for additional locations on the West Coast and New England. His responsibility grew until he was named Director of HR-EH&S for this $250M+ metal based business. Pryor to that, he worked in Rochester, NY for a number of years for a major manufacture of chemical consumer products. Larry originates from Massachusetts where he worked in the academic, hazardous waste, chemical / product manufacturing and construction products R&D industries. Larry has worked extensively with people in the IT, Pharma, Finance, Manufacturing and Chemical industries.
Larry Maglin has a B.S.
degree from Salem State College, Salem, MA in Environmental Science -
Geology, with a double minor in math & chemistry.
Larry Maglin lives in Bridgewater, NJ, is married with 3 grown children, 1 whom is serving in the Army overseas. Larry has a 30 year history of training for the American Red Cross, involvement with the Boys Scouts of America, for whom he has served as unit leader, district and council positions, and runs the Somerset Food Bank - Annex in Somerville, NJ every Saturday.
